Join Bev for this special event which brings you the highly effective and proven management and recovery techniques that have helped thousands of participants find peace from anxiety over the past 30 years
In this workshop, Bev will take you step by step through the understanding and management of your anxiety in two consecutive sessions, allowing you time between each to apply all that you have learned to your daily life.
You are in the safe and loving hands of one who knows first-hand what you are going through and who has had 30 years' experience of guiding people out of the anxiety maze.


SESSION 1 (Sat 22nd) includes:

WHY? (DO I HAVE THIS?)

This is the question most asked by people when anxiety enters their lives. In exploring the origins of anxiety, you will discover how you came to be anxious in the first place and how anxiety is actually a natural process in response to stress. In this step we will cover:

THE ORIGINS AND TRIGGERS FOR ANXIETY
CONTRIBUTING FACTORS
UNDERSTANDING HOW YOUR ANXIETY WORKS
FIRST STEPS TO HANDING YOUR ANXIETY

WHAT? (AM I TELLING MYSELF?)
Getting your thoughts on track is a crucial element in monitoring, managing and reducing your anxiety. In this step we will cover:

THE ROLE OF YOUR THOUGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR ANXIETY
HOW YOUR REALITY REFLECTS YOUR THOUGHTS
HOW YOU CAN SHAPE YOUR EXPERIENCES THROUGH YOUR THOUGHTS

 HOW? (CAN I CHANGE THIS?) PART 1
In this powerful and transformative session, you will learn to release early beliefs that may have undermined your self-worth and discover a healthier relationship with yourself.
This step will be carried over into the second session to allow for reflection and feedback. In this step we will cover:

THE ORIGINS OF BELIEFS ABOUT YOURSELF AND LIFE 
BUILDING A HEALTHEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF
RELEASING THE PAST

SESSION 2 (Sat 29th) includes:

HOW? (CAN I CHANGE THIS?) PART 2

After a week's reflection we continue this session with important feedback and review of the previous week's work and the discoveries you made during the previous week's exercises. In this second part, we will cover:

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ANXIETY FROM 'FOE' TO 'ALLY'
HOW TO USE YOUR ANXIETY AS A POWERFUL TOOL FOR CHANGE

WHO? (AM I NOW?)
Having identified yourself as an 'anxious' person for perhaps a long time, it is time to redefine yourself through gaining a fresh perspective of not only who you are but how this affects your interactions with others. This step covers:

RECLAIMING YOUR AUTHENTICITY
ESTABLISHING CLEAR BOUNDARIES
FINDING FORGIVENESS FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS

WHERE? (TO FROM HERE?)
In this final section we look at how to proceed from this point and review and 'sticking points' that might need closer attention. In this step we will cover:

HOW TO FIND A MEANING AND CONTEXT FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE OF ANXIETY
HOW TO TRANSFORM THOSE EXPERIENCES INTO A MORE POSITIVE AND SELF-SUPPORTING CONTEXT
HOW TO START CREATING A HEALTHIER 'REALITY' 


EACH SESSION INCLUDES EXERCISES, WRITTEN TASKS AND TECHNIQUES WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP MANUAL WHICH ACCOMPANIES BEV'S PRESENTATION. YOU WILL BE SENT THIS MANUAL BY EMAIL 1 DAY PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT. YOU WILL ALSO BE SENT A ZOOM LINK TO ATTEND THE WORKSHOP.

IT IS REQUESTED THAT YOU BE WILLING TO HAVE YOUR VIDEO ON DURING THE WORKSHOP AND PARTICIPATE TO THE DEGREE THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN GROUP FEEDBACK. IT IS ALSO REQUESTED THAT YOU SET ASIDE THESE TWO DAYS FOR YOUR FULL AND UNINTERRUPTED PARTICIPATION.

IN RESPECT FOR THE PRIVACY OF PARTICIPANTS AND TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY, THE WORKSHOP WILL NOT BE RECORDED.
