Now you can reap all the benefits of Bev's amazing workshops regardless of location!

This workshop is a 6 hr version of the Art of Anxiety workshop, held over 2 sessions.

You can do one or both sessions but it is certainly in your best interest to complete both.

The workshop will bring you the insights and strategies which have helped so many people quickly and easily turn around their anxiety and you have the chance to interact with Bev and have any questions addressed which may arise.

This workshop is limited to 10 people, so secure your place quickly! In the week prior to commencement, you will receive further information on how to join in on the day.

THE WORKSHOP COVERS KEY POINTS SUCH AS:

WHY? (me) Why and how you have come to experience anxiety or related conditions

WHAT? (am I telling myself?) Addresses anxious or unsupportive thinking and the crucial role thinking plays in diminishing or enhancing wellbeing

HOW? (can I change this?)  Rather than trying to get rid of 'IT', you will learn how to change your relationship with 'IT' so that the fear is diffused.

WHO? (am I now?) Explores the emphasis on 'people-pleasing' and fear of others' disapproval, which is a major characteristic of anxiety. You will learn new and more empowered ways to relate to others.

WHERE (to now?) Developing a healthier and more philosophical perspective on life allows you to respond in a more detached and resilient manner to life's challenges

Currently Bev has a HUGE workload with another new book, editing, illustrations etc so the online workshops will have to wait for a little while! Sorry!
