Thank you for helping me help you! This questionnaire will help me to gain even more insights into your concerns and address them in my forthcoming book on the current crisis. Please print off this page and email your answers (just use the question numbers before your answers - I have the list) to [email protected]. ASAP please!

1. Why do you think you have anxiety?
2. If you're feeling anxious, what specifically are you anxious about? (The answer may not be immediately obvious!)
3. What triggers you most at the moment? How does it do that?
4. What are your predominant anxious thoughts at this time (even if you think they're 'silly', I'd love to know them!)
5. Apart from the deaths and illness, what bothers you most about the current situation in relation to your anxiety?
6. What makes you think that the current crisis is more significant or dangerous than existing world problems such as hunger, war, pollution, terrorism etc?
7. In single words, how would you describe how you're feeling at the moment?
8. What do you imagine as the worst outcome of the current situation?
9. How often to you imagine on a good outcome? Daily? Weekly? When there is some hopeful news? Never?
